You must take full responsibility for your own safety and for the safety of those around you. In particular, you must read and sign the fire drill before you start working at Tokyo Diner.

自分自身と周囲の安全の確認等を怠らないようにして下さい。東京ダイナーで勤務を開始する初日に、火災時非難手順を読み、所定の欄に署名をして下さい。

You must report any accident or injury to your Person in Charge (PIC). You must record details in the Accident Book, if it requires first aid or time away from work.

勤務中に事故、ケガ等が起きた場合、直ちにPICに報告して下さい。救急箱を使用したり、持ち場を離れなければならない場合は、その事故の詳細を事故記録表に記入して下さい。

You must not work at Tokyo Diner if you have had less than 6 hours sleep in the 24 hours before your shift.

勤務前24時間以内に、6時間未満の睡眠時間での就労は避けてください。

If you are unable to come in to work, you must inform your PIC as soon as possible (at least 2 hours before your shift).

何らかの事情により出勤できない場合は出来るだけ早くPICに連絡して下さい。（少なくともシフトの2時間前までに）

You must wash your hands with soap every time you start work, and after every visit to the toilet. You must tidy up your own and other people's litter after visiting the toilet.

勤務を始める前、及びトイレ使用後は必ず手を洗うよう心掛けて下さい。またトイレ使用後はゴミを拾うなど必ずきれいにして下さい。

You must not alter your shift without written permission from your PIC.

勤務表（シフト）を、責任者の許可とサインなく変更することは許されていません。

You must not fight, gamble, consume alcohol or be intoxicated inside Tokyo Diner (even when you are off duty). These are dismissible offences.

東京ダイナー内で、喧嘩、賭事、飲酒は勤務中、勤務時間外を問わず禁止です。違反した場合、解雇の対象となります。

You must not consume unlawful drugs at any time (even outside Tokyo Diner). This is a dismissible offence.

東京ダイナー内であろうとなかろうと、違法な薬を服用してはいけません。服用が発覚した場合、解雇の対象となります。

You must not serve any food or drink until you have put the item on the customer's bill. This is a dismissible offence.

勘定書につける前に、決してお客様に飲み物、料理を出してはいけません。勘定書に注文をつけなかった場合、解雇の対象となります。

You must not eat or consume tobacco, chewing gum or sweets, etc., except during official breaks.

たばこ、飲食物、ガム等の菓子類は、休憩時間以外は一切禁止です。

You must not make or receive telephone calls at work (including mobiles), except on Tokyo Diner's business or in an emergency.

勤務中は東京ダイナーの仕事に関わる事あるいは緊急の場合を除いて、私用電話をかけても受け取ってもいけません。（携帯電話を含む）

You must not meet your friends inside Tokyo Diner; they can only visit the restaurant as genuine customers.

東京ダイナー内で、お客様としての来店以外では友人等に会ってはいけません。

You must not spread political or religious beliefs, etc. inside Tokyo Diner.

東京ダイナー内では、政治、あるいは宗教などの運動をしてはいけません。

Please try not to speak ill of anyone at Tokyo Diner who is not present to defend himself/herself.

東京ダイナー内で、その場に同席していないスタッフの陰口をたたいたりする事は慎んで下さい。

Tokyo Diner accepts no responsibility for your personal belongings: try not to bring valuables with you.

東京ダイナー内に置かれた私物には一切責任を負いません。貴重品は持ち込まないようにして下さい。

Tokyo Diner always tries to operate safely and to obey the law. If you see anything unsafe or illegal, you must report it to your PIC, to your Manager, or to the Owner: Richard Hills.

東京ダイナーは安全な運営かつ法律に従事する事を常に心掛けています。もし危険と思われる物、違法事項に気が付いたらPIC、マネージャー、もしくはオーナーまで報告して下さい。
